Hamzi Khan was a former beat cop who was born and raised in Afghanistan. At some point, he met and fell in love with a woman named Rebecca Janson with the couple later marrying.
However, their marriage ended in tragedy when a UAF missile struck the school that Rebecca was teaching at, killing her as well as seven or eight children which left Hamzi devastated by her death.
He later met Rebecca's brother, Arthur and the two began working together to avenge Rebecca's death by giving America, Los Angeles especially a taste of what a missile attack was like but luckily, the Office of Special Projects led by G. Callen managed to stop their plan from going ahead.
