Belly of the Beast is the second episode of NCIS: Los Angeles Season Eight as well as the 170th episode of the entire series.
Synopsis[]
Callen, Sam, Kensi and Deeks head to Syria to capture a high-value target but things go horribly wrong when their chopper is shot down with the resulting crash leaving the team stranded and Kensi also badly injured, forcing Callen, Sam and Deeks into a desperate battle against the local insurgent group responsible for the attack while back in Los Angeles, Eric, Nell and Granger attempt to work the case as they seek to avoid Undersecretary Duggan.
